How do I use my Butters & Oils?

Slather it on post-shower while your skin’s still slightly damp — that’s the best way to lock in the hydration! Alternatively you can use before bed as an overnight body mask. Start with a small amount and melt it between your plams before rubbing into your skin. A little goes a long way. Use daily for max hydration and scent payoff.

Our formulas are made with 98% ingredients that come from or derived from natural sources — like plants, fruits, nuts, and oils.

The 2% includes skin-safe, IFRA-compliant fragrance and gentle stabilisers to make sure your product stays fresh and effective. No harsh preservatives or unnecessary extras.

Our Products leave you smelling good for 6 to 8 hours. Even longer when layered (oil/butter + perfume).

While our formulas are made with nourishing, gentle ingredients, everyone’s skin is different. Always patch test first. We do not reccomend using on broken skin as all our products contain fragrance which may cause irrittion. Check with your physician before using on irritated or broken skin.

Our products are recommended to be stored in cool, dry places, away from heat and sunlight. Our butters are sensitive to heat — they might melt if it’s hot out, but don’t worry — they still work just as well. Just pop them in the fridge to reset the texture!

Absolutely — we encourage it. Just heat the jar over some boiling water. Once all reminemnts of the butter has melted - simply drain and wash twice with soap and hot water. Alternatively you can also boil the jar with hot water once more (just to ensure it has been sterilised - espeically if you will be using it for food items). Bonus points if you tag us in how you upcycle it

All our Products have been tested and given a shelf life of 2 years, depending on the product and storage conditions. For the best results, we reccomend you use them within 6 - 12 months of opening.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship within 1–3 working days after you place your order. Everything’s hand-filled, packed, and prepped with care.

Once it’s left us, UK orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days for standard shipping & 1-2 days for express shipping. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Contact us ASAP with your order number and new address. If it’s already gone, we’ll do our best, but it may be too late to reroute.

Once your package has been shipped you should recicve an email with your tracking number. Please do get in touch if its been more than 3 days since your order and this has not come through.

Send us a photo within 24 Hours of recieving the product via email and we will send you a replacement as soon as we can.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personal-use and hygiene-based, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end. Please contact us if that is the case so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Sorry, we don’t accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of our products. All sales are final — so please double-check your order before checking out

All of our formulas are skin-tested, vegan, and free from common irritants, but every skin is different. If you’ve had a reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us. We can guide you on next steps, but we always recommend patch testing before full use.
