Shipping policy

 This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website operated by Anayah Cosmetics Ltd, trading as Buff & Bae (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
SECTION 1 – DELIVERY AREAS

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

International delivery options may be introduced in the future and will be updated here when available.

 

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.

Available shipping options include:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Parcelforce): estimated delivery within 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Parcelforce Express): expedited delivery option available at an additional cost
  • Free UK Standard Delivery: available on all orders over £60

Express Delivery prioritises dispatch and uses faster courier services; however, delivery times are not guaranteed and remain subject to courier performance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on promotions, order size, or courier service selected.

 

SECTION 3 – ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

SECTION 4 – TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

 

SECTION 6 – DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items so we can assess the issue.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the outcome of the investigation.

 

SECTION 7 – UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or failure to collect the parcel from the courier, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Reshipping can be arranged at an additional charge.
